"Nora" 1967

" Wow, incredible Dude! "

You name it,  she's got it all.  A true iconic symbol of the swinging 60's.  The real deal, an original Californian surf Bus.

Nora hasn't changed a bit from the old days. She still likes nothing more than being next to a beach and watching those Atlantic waves roll in, feeling a sea breeze in her roof-rack !

She is 52 years young this year and still turns more heads than any other vehicle on the roads. People can't help themselves when they smile and wave when she passes. " A real character "

Nora has undergone a full restoration in our workshop, to a very high standard. She is in her original colours, with stainless steel and chrome trim. Her interior is similar, but improved upon from what was left of her original fittings. Finished in birch plywoods, black Formica and oak surrounds.

All of her upholstery is made to measure, deep red, leather affect vinyl with cream piping. She has Paisley pattern curtains and liquorish striped flooring.

Her forward facing rear seats fold flat, into a " Rock & Roll "  bed for two people.  One of her side cargo doors has a built in 2 burner hod & Grill, the other door has a tap and sink.  You can use these from inside, or open them up and " hey presto " your cooking  Al Fresco !

Under the rear facing rear seat, you will find two compartments, one has a top loading fridge/freezer, the other a toilet. She has everything you need for a great camping experience.

" After all, she's been doing this for quite some time now! "

Nora's Cab is virtually untouched, with original patina.

"  you know your driving a real historic vehicle "

All bedding, towels, cooking gas, cooking and eating utensils, deck chairs, wind break and bike rack are all provided. Tariffs also include fully comprehensive insurance for two drivers, see T&C's
